It's probably GERD, especially if you eat a lot of fattening, junk food type stuff. Try some OTC meds for it, like Pepcid AC, and see if it works.

it may be due to indigestion. ur sleep, urination, constipation problems if any can throw more light to identify ur problem. any ways, u may safely try aloe vera juice.

Your headaches are caused by tight neck muscles. They go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. When the neck muscles are tight they pull the head muscles into pain and that's your headache. The nerves for your eyes go to the back of your head where they pass next to the neck muscles. When the neck muscles are tight they can press onto the nerves to give you pains on the backs of your eyes. That would be why your eyes feel heavy. When the neck muscles are tight they compress the blood vessels to restrict the blood leaving the head. That reduces the fresh blood entering the head to result in a lowered oxygen level in the brain. There are three stages of lowered oxygen levels in the brain and they are; feeling very tired; getting dizzy or light headed; and passing out. When you are walking up steps or standing up you are pulling on those muscles to cause more tightness in the muscles to make the problem worse. For some reason tight neck muscles also make you feel nauseous. To get rid of these problems you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to free them up: Neck Release: Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After 45 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds. You have tight muscles in your back that are pressing onto the nerves, as they leave the spine, going to the organs. Pressure on the nerves to your stomach will block the messages to and from the stomach so you don't feel hungry. It will cause your stomach to release more gastric acid to cause the extra gas. They can be tight around your chest area and sending the pain around your body on the nerves to be by your chest pains or right below it. to get rid of these problems you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
