Which advanced tests should I undergo to diagnose kidney's current situation and exact problem in kidney?

I am facing many Kidney related problems since many years. I know that one of my Kidney(Left one) is not functioning properly. So I want to diagnose the exact problem with my Kidney and present situation and total percentage of damage of my Kidney. I want to know that which tests can exactly tell the problem and total damage of kidney?
I had gone under some basic tests like Liver function test, Kidney Function Test, Hemogram and Ultrasound of whole Abdomen. But these tests are not helping is diagnosing the problem. Ultrasound report only shows Calculus of around 5 mm in both kidneys, but everything else is normal in this report. Blood tests are showing some minor problems. Report is attached.
I am facing most of the following problems::
1. Lack of energy ... does not matter how much I eat.
2. dizziness .... whenever I do any hard work or get-up quickly. My Hb is 15.3 gm. My heart is completely fine but I can feel that my blood circulation is not proper.
3. My skin and body getting hotter day by day and skin also looks very unhealthy.
4. My eyes and vision is very poor and problem is increasing.
5. I can speak loudly and clearly.
6. I am facing headache whenever I do some hard work or work in warm place in summer. But situation is better as compared to few years back when I had faced too much headache and vomiting etc. even more then 5 days a week. But situation is improved due to some medication.

Well, these blood tests report about the problem only in critical stage. To diagnose the problem in early stage these tests are not reliable. I know that one of my kidney is not functioning. Even I know that my left kidney is not functioning properly. But i want to know the exact current position of the kidney.

What makes you think you have a kidney issue, the tests were basically normal.
