No one here can diagnose you.
You mentioned a few things that caught my eye:
skin itches, beauty marks, confusion, fatigue.
These are signs of liver cell damage...but we
cannot be sure.
If your blood work shows higher liver enzymes/
liver function tests: higher bilirubin (which can
cause itching if it goes higher in the blood);
if these spots look like little tiny spiders under
the skin (known as spider angiomas)...
it could be you have a liver disease.
EGFR is your glomeral filtration rate.

Above 60 is normal and that means that your blood
is being filtered by the kidneys fine.
However, High blood pressure of 170/101 is not
normal and if it stays high can damage your kidneys.
High calcium levels and low Vitamin D...the
[Parathyroid gland which is located on the thyroid
gland itself controls calcium in the body...as
you can see on the site below...high calcium can
cause a lower PTH test result.

It depends on how high the calcium in the body is. The vitamin
D is used to put the calcium into your bones. Without
a normal levels of Vit D...it could be pulling the
calcium out of your bones and this could lead
to osteopenia or osteoporosis.
I believe it might be good for them to test your
glucose levels. It is a simple test. Sweet smelling
urine or the need to go to the bathroom more often
than normal is a sign of diabetes.
I hope this info has been of help. No one
can truly diagnose you but your doctor.
Best wishes
